Contract Compliance Manager

Danielle joined Hamel in 2017, immediately after graduating from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management. Originally hired as an Estimating Administrator, Danielle rapidly moved through the ranks, being promoted to Estimating Coordinator, Contract Administrator, and eventually Contract Compliance Manager. Danielle brings Hamel the skill to learn on the fly and excel in any task she is given.

 

Danielle currently manages both the Marketing and Compliance Departments. In compliance, she oversees certified payroll, affirmative action, First Source, and Section 3 while also assisting with prime contract negotiations, bonds, and insurance.
