The Ficklen project in Greenville, NC will be underway by next year, and consists of the adaptive reuse of the E.B. Ficklen Factory into a 70 key hotel with event space and Star Warehouse into a food hall and commercial office space. Conveniently located to Downtown and to the East Carolina Campus, the redevelopment of the two former tobacco warehouse buildings will leave a lasting imprint on the community for generations to come. The signature design element of the redevelopment is the existing rail line courtyard separating the two buildings. It will act as the front door to the project and will become an iconic space in the City of Greenville.
