We are pleased to announce the completion of Mills Place, built by Hamel Commercial and designed by @gp_architects for @lock7development | Situated in the Brookland neighborhood of Northeast Washington DC, the 4-story, 61,200 sq. ft. building consists of 61 affordable apartments and is clad in brick and cementitious siding. Also features: community room with kitchen, library, and bike storage; green roof and pervious-paved parking; open design apartments with stainless appliances, quartz countertops, LVT flooring, and generous natural lighting.
