Jr Preconstruction Associate - North Carolina

Estimating Assistant Reports to Vice President of Estimating Assists in the accurate and timely completion of the preconstruction process.

Responsibilities

• Assists Senior Estimators in all phases of the preconstruction process.
• Performs select quantity take-offs.
• Reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates bid documents.
• Creates project schedule of values through Building Connected.
• Solicits and verify proposals.
• Maintains bidder’s roster for all assigned trades.
• Maintains contact with subcontractors through the course of all bids.
