Tom Dewlin joined Hamel in January of 2010 after 14 years of management experience with Struever Bros., Eccles, & Rouse. With over 35 years of experience in multi-family and commercial construction, Tom has completed many historic renovation projects, including his recent accomplishment at Hamel Commercial where we were awarded the Maryland Preservation Award for Project Excellence on the McCormick-Goodhart Mansion by the Maryland Historical trust. Of particular note, Tom played a key role in the oversight of rebuilding all the historic wood windows, using FSC millwork.
While employed at Struever Bros., Eccles, & Rouse Tom played a key role in several landmark projects including the Professional Arts Building, the Power Plant and renovation of the recital hall at Peabody Conservatory.
