Project Administrator/ Project Compliance

Responsible for reviewing and processing all Certified Payroll, Affirmative Action and Project Administration paperwork for the Company. Acts as a liaison between the Company, Subcontractors and Agencies to meet all Certified Payroll and Affirmative Action requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs word processing/ typing responsibilities – prepares, processes, and facilitates correspondence (faxes, letters, contracts, etc.)
  • Routes, files, and follows-up on project specific incoming mail and information in accordance with office procedures.
  • Prepares, packages, files and follows-up on project specific outgoing mail and information in accordance with office procedures.
  • Monitors receipt and follows-up on subcontractor contract requirements.
  • Manages contracts for subcontractors/ suppliers – complete contract assembly from written material provided from the Project Executive or Project Manager.
  • Prepares Joint Check Agreements.
  • Coordinates the assembly and dissemination of operations and maintenance manuals.
  • Facilitate Certified Payroll and Affirmative Action Packets at contract issuance
  • Monitor the receipt and follow-up on Affirmative Action/First Source/ Section 3 documentation
  • Monitor the receipt of Executed First Source Agreements from DOES
  • Reviews and tracks compliance of certified payroll and affirmative action reports for the Company as well as subcontractors.
