Welcomes visitors, directs calls, and provides general administrative support to the main office.
- Answers main phone line and directs calls.
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
- Prepares outgoing mail and coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail.
- Orders, receives and distributes office supplies.
- Schedules and maintains conference rooms.
- Utilizes spreadsheets to track information for various office projects.
- Assists with various administrative duties as needed – photocopying, label production, filing, etc.
- Assists in the coordination of Company events.
