Welcomes visitors, directs calls, and provides general administrative support to the main office.


  • Answers main phone line and directs calls.
  • Greets and directs visitors.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail.
  • Orders, receives and distributes office supplies.
  • Schedules and maintains conference rooms.
  • Utilizes spreadsheets to track information for various office projects.
  • Assists with various administrative duties as needed – photocopying, label production, filing, etc.
  • Assists in the coordination of Company events.
