Hamel recognizes the critical importance of building capable and flexible teams for our projects. Often, the success of a project is determined by the careful planning, coordination and team building that takes place prior to actual mobilization on site. We conduct subcontractor and supplier outreach as early as possible in our estimating process. Our careful and comprehensive approach to subcontractor selection ensures that the goals of the project team will be achieved.

Hamel Builders has consistently met goals established by the various housing agencies by creating employment opportunities for local, small, and disadvantaged businesses. Through our extensive outreach process and affiliations with local minority contracting associations , we continue to meet and exceed the established minority participation goals.
